Superfoods: The What and the Why

Superheroes are popular in the entertainment industry these days, but they’re also popular on your plate! While the term “superfood” may be hotly debated, there’s one thing you can’t deny: Many of the food items dubbed “super” are packed with nutrition. So why not give your diet a boost and add a few of these heavy hitters to the menu this year?

Some of the most common superfoods are:

  • Dark greens
