Ingredients

4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
8 slices Simple Truth Organic 100% Whole Wheat Bread 
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 pound Simple Truth Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Spread on both bread slices.
  2. Break lettuce into large pieces; layer half on 1 slice of bread.
  3. Top with turkey, remaining lettuce, and bread.
