Turkey, Bacon and Muenster Sandwich

Ingredients

8 slices Simple Truth Bacon (Uncured Smoked), cooked
8 slices sourdough bread
1/4 cup Simple Truth Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 pound Simple Truth Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
1 12-ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
8 slices of Simple Truth Muenster cheese
Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until crisp, then transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. Toast bread and brush vinaigrette evenly over the bread slices.
  3. Make sandwiches by layering turkey, roasted red peppers and bacon. Top with cheese slices and remaining bread slices.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray. Working in batches, cook sandwiches, turning once, until bread is golden, about 2 minutes per side until cheese is melted. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal, and serve warm.
