Toasted Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

1 pound ravioli
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
2 Simple Truth Organic Brown Grade AA Eggs, beaten
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
32 oounces Simple Truth Organic Marinara Pasta Sauce 

Directions

  1. Cook ravioli until tender, according to package directions.
  2. Drain, and pat the ravioli dry with paper towels.
  3. Pour panko crumbs into a shallow dish.
  4. Lightly beat eggs in another shallow dish then coat each ravioli in egg, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat one inch of oil to about 350 degrees.
  6. When the oil is hot, add in ravioli, a few at a time so that you don't overcrowd the pan.
  7. Allow the ravioli to cook until nicely browned and crisp, about five minutes.
  8. Use tongs to carefully remove ravioli to a paper towel lined plate.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the warm ravioli.
  10. Serve ravioli as appetizers with marinara for dipping.
