Sizzling Garlic and Citrus Shrimp with French Bread

Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
1 pound Simple Truth Raw Shrimp (in the shell)
1/2 cup Simple Truth Organic Salted Butter , melted
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup Simple Truth Organic Homestyle Orange Juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon Simple Truth Organic Cayenne Pepper
1 whole lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Wrap the bread in foil and heat in the oven.
  3. Peel and devein the shrimp but leave the tails intact.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a layer on a large shallow baking dish. Combine the butter, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp.
  5. Remove the bread and heat the broiler. Broil the shrimp for 8 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink, turning once or twice.
  6. Serve with the French bread and lemon wedges.
