Lemon Rosemary French Bread

Ingredients

1 loaf Simple Truth Organic Multigrain Batard, sliced into 1-inch thick slices
3 tablespoons Simple Truth Organic Salted Butter, melted
2 teaspoon zest of lemon
6 tablespoons Simple Truth Organic Rosemary
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  1. Place bread loaf on large sheet of tin foil to catch extra seasonings. Spread butter onto both sides of each bread slice.
  2. Sprinkle lemon zest, rosemary and salt and pepper evenly on both sides of each slice. Sprinkle any leftover seasonings on top of loaf.
  3. Wrap foil loosely around bread and bake until heated through, about 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
