Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Simple Truth Organic Ground Beef 85/15
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
4 kaiser rolls, split
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 8-ounce fresh mozzarella ball, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 head Simple Truth Organic Romaine Lettuce, leaves separated
1 tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the meat into equal size patties. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the rolls with oil and lightly toast on the grill. Brush the burgers with a little more oil and season well with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes; flip and top with the cheese.
  4. Cook for 4-5 more minutes, making sure the burgers are cooked through and no longer pink. Spread the bottom roll halves with the garlic mayonnaise. Top with a burger, lettuce, tomato and onion and serve.
