Crab Nachos with Mango Guacamole

Ingredients

1/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces lump crab meat
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno, minced
1 mango, cubed
2 avocadoes, pitted and cubed
1/4 cup fresh Simple Truth Organic Cilantro, chopped
1 bag Simple Truth White Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions

  1. Mix together the sour cream, crab meat, cheeses and jalapeno. Place tortilla chips in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets. Place a spoonful of crab mix on each chip. Broil until cheese melts.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the mango, avocado and cilantro. Serve with the Nachos.
