Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas
1 1/2 head Simple Truth Organic Romaine Lettuce, leaves separated
3/4 pound thinly sliced Simple Truth Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
4 slices Simple Truth Bacon (Uncured Smoked), cooked
1 tomato, cored and chopped
1 avocado, diced
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1/4 cup prepared ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Lay the tortillas on a working surface. Fan the leaf lettuce on the top of each tortilla. Lay the turkey slices on top, and then add bacon, tomato, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Top with dressing. Fold to enclose filling and serve.
