Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Protein Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8x8in. baking dish with canola oil spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together oats, almond meal, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, applesauce, honey, egg whites and vanilla.
  4. Pour into wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined. Stir in raisins.
  5. Pour batter into baking dish, pressing down with the back of a fork.
  6. Bake for about 20-22 minutes. Cool bars for 15 minutes in pan before carefully cutting into bars.
