Ingredients

1/2 fresh pineapple, cubed
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons Simple Truth Organic Powdered Sugar

1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine fruit, sugar and juice. Serve sprinkled with coconut.
