Heat a large sauté pan to medium-high heat and add the thyme and butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the red onion and cook, stirring until tender.
When the red onion is tender, add the green peppers and cook until tender.
When the green peppers are tender, add the frozen corn and season with salt and pepper.
Cook together until the corn is hot and everything is full of flavor.
Remove the sprigs of fresh thyme and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
