If you’ve got a picky eater in the family, or a sauce recipe you just love, these Homemade Egg Noodles from Simple Truth® and Simple Truth Organic® are the perfect place to start.

2 cups Simple Truth Organic® All-Purpose Flour, sifted (or more)

1/2 tsp. salt

2 Simple Truth Organic® Eggs, beaten

2 Tbsp. water

  1. Sift flour with salt. Make well in center of flour.

  2. Add beaten egg and water. Mix with a fork into a ball.

  3. Roll out as thinly as possible on a floured surface. Let dry.

  4. Roll sheet up tightly and slice thinly with a knife.

  5. Separate strands of noodles. Combine with your favorite soup and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until tender.

  6. Freeze uncooked noodles for up to 1 year.
