Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond milk, pumpkin, maple syrup and vanilla. Add in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and chia seeds. Stir until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or until chia pudding has thickened (about 6 hours) Serve cold.
