Hi, Donna. Cage free chickens are not housed in cages. Usually, cage free chickens live on the floor of a barn or poultry house. It may also be helpful to know that every aspect of production, from hatching baby chicks to monitoring breeder hens, is carefully supervised to ensure that our chickens are free of stress. Care is always taken to ensure that the birds are treated humanely and are properly handled during catching and slaughtering. Our requirements meet or exceed the industry and government standards in regards to product safety and animal welfare. Our cage free eggs will be clearly marked on the packaging. Cage free hens are cage free 100% of the time but are not outside. The hens are not given antibiotics or hormones.

Six of the 12 eggs in this dozen purchased yesterday measure, per an egg scale (we have chickens) as medium. They are not large. This is false advertising. Buyer beware; to be a large egg, an egg must weigh at least 2 oz.

The chickens are fed soy and grain. Is the soy GMO free? Is the grain GMO free? This is something that is very important to me and would like to buy eggs that are fed GMO free diets.

Hello there,

I'm curious where you raise your chickens, where are these cage-free chickens living? Also, do you have any photos available of the facility that the chickens are living at? Im curious about the setting that my delicious eggs are coming from. Thanks!

I am gluten sensitive. Need to know what grains these chickens are fed? I too, want to know if the grains are GMO? Where were the grains grown & were they poisoned with Monsanto's Roundup?
