I've used this in just two recipes: cooked sweet potatoes--just just used this brown sugar twice: with sweet potatoes and butter and in piccalilli (green tomato relish)--wish I'd used a bit more in the relish. It has great texture and flavor, however I do not like the original bag for storage, though. Sugar granules get stuck in the zip lock so it's difficult to get a good seal.
